RULES, REGULATIONS AND POLICIES:
Regardless of whether rules and regulations are set forth herein, posted at the facilities, or at 10GYM.COM, 10GYM reserves the right to enforce all 10GYM rules, regulations and/or policies which are part of the member’s agreement or Contract and Members and Guests are obligated to observe and strictly comply with same. Reasonable changes in rules and regulations regarding the health, protection, or safety of members may be posted from time to time at 10GYM or on 10GYM.COM. Failure by Member and/or his/her Guest(s) to comply with all rules, regulations, policies, and Contract terms shall permit 10GYM to terminate their agreement or Contract, without refund of any monies paid. Any conduct by the Member, Family Member, or guest that interferes with or adversely affects, or poses a threat or risk to, proper operation of 10GYM, the equipment, the facilities, or the performance by any 10GYM employee or 10GYM subcontractor of his/her assigned job responsibilities, is strictly prohibited. Members, Family Members, or guests in violation of rules, regulations, policies and/or Contract provisions will be subject to immediate expulsion from 10GYM and termination of their agreement or Contract, which will not relieve Member from any indebtedness to 10GYM. No firearms, drugs, tobacco, or cameras allowed in 10GYM.
No cell phone pictures or video allowed in locker rooms. No alcohol in 10GYM.
No illicit and/or sexual behavior or activity, no harassment and no foul language in 10GYM. Proper use and care of the equipment is expected at all times. Free weights must be returned to the proper area or rack. No banging of weight stacks.
Proper attire on the workout floor shall be adhered to at all times. Clothing with a printed message, slogan, political messages, picture or art depicting
drugs, alcohol, suggestive images, violence, or that is obscene or disrespectful is prohibited.
Dropping of dumbbells or weights is strictly prohibited. The use of chalk is strictly prohibited in 10GYM. 10GYM management reserves the right to ask Members to leave the club premises if proper conduct is not being observed. Member check in with 10GYM scan card or mobile app to gain entrance. All members must have a photo on file or show photo I.D. upon each entrance. 10GYM management reserves the right to terminate the membership of any Member whose conduct is deemed inappropriate by 10GYM management. Proper workout attire is required to be worn at all times. Shirts, tennis shoes, sweats or shorts must be worn at all times. No jeans, no sandals, no cutoffs and no short shorts. All persons in the wet areas, swimming area and wet or dry saunas must have on proper attire including proper footwear (tennis shoes, sandals or flip-flops are acceptable). Clean cotton t-shirts and sarongs are allowed in the pool area, however patrons must have on proper swim attire underneath.
The following attire is not allowed in pools: “Street clothes,” Brazil/French-cut, thong style and/or revealing swim wear, cut-off jeans, jeans, skirts, retro/vintage full body swim suits, shorts, sport bras, leotards, leggings, dri-fit wear, compression shorts and compression shirts are prohibited. Underwear and undergarments are not allowed to be worn under swimsuits. Street clothes (especially cotton) can transport airborne and ultimately water borne contaminants into the pool. Lycra and Nylon are the best non-absorbent material for swimming and are the best fabrics for proper swim attire. Cotton and similar materials can absorb the chemicals in the water, causing the water to become less effective at maintaining the proper chemical balance or may cloud the water. No outside business can be conducted inside 10GYM without written permission from 10GYM. This includes personal training, sale of supplements or products, etc. Unlimited tanning includes daily use of the tanning beds with only one tanning session per day. Access and use of the wet areas are limited to preferred members only. Parents and/or guardians of preferred members between the ages of 12 and 17 using the wet areas agree to accept full responsibility and accompany them at all times. No guests allowed in wet areas. Guests must show Photo I.D. at the front desk on each visit. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by parent or guardian. 10GYM at its own discretion has the right to refuse any guest. Former 10GYM members or employees may not visit 10GYM as guests. Any member or your Guest, with a previous account in collections cannot be a current guest or member. He/she must meet with the manager to satisfy the previous debt and then may purchase a membership. 10GYM at its own discretion reserves the right to refuse or terminate memberships to/of former 10GYM/ All American Fitness employees, including employees who are currently 10gym/All American Fitness members that have been terminated or resigned. It is agreed by the member and the buyer that 10GYM, at it’s sole discretion, may cancel this contract within 90 days from it’s execution or at any ime during the membership for any violation of 10GYM rules and/or policies, whether or not contained herein.
Image Release. 10Gym Where Fitness Is Fun! We want to share the fun! Members and guests hereby agree and understand that 10GYM, 10GYM Employees, guests, members, and/or any company which operates in 10GYM as an independent contractor of 10GYM can share the fun by using any pictures, images, video footage, statements, etc., captured within the facility for personal files, newsletters, and promotional purposes such as newspaper articles, videos, advertisements, flyers, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any future social media platforms, etc.
OUTSIDE MARKETING: No outside business can be conducted or displayed inside 10GYM without written permission from 10GYM. This includes personal training, nutrition, supplements or products, etc. Any brand or outside business logos displayed in the club, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, buttons, pamphlets, signs or other form of advertising are prohibited.
